Red Velvet's Irene issues an apology after an alleged incident with an editor

Irene said she regrets her "foolish behaviour, rash words and actions."

An Instagram post was written by an editor (Oct 21).

An Instagram post uploaded by an editor and stylist about an unnamed celebrity.

The apology came after this editor posted on social media how an unnamed star verbally attacked her

K-pop star Irene, a girl-only member of Red Velvet, came forward to apologize to a fashion editor who recently posted a terrible story about an unnamed celebrity who was insulted.

The post described a meeting with them in which I was cried out of the celebrity's harsh words and felt offended.

She wrote that what she heard from others should have made her mentally ready beforehand, but was left speechless due to celebrity words that she described as "electric needles".

"It's been more than 20 minutes," she said. "It felt like hell in that unfamiliar room." She went on to say, "Even when I thought about it for a while, I couldn't understand her actions. Having gathered me, I wanted to properly talk to her, person to person, and receive an apology. However, she just disappeared. I recorded it in case something happened. She should." I'm taking action on it. "

Irene's confession on Instagram meant that she was up for the journalist's hype. Editor Kang Kwok Hwa revealed her allegations in a social media post on October 22, calling the incident "20-minute Hell," E! News.

Irene's Instagram post (on October 22).

Irene wrote on october 22 this post on Instagram:

"This is Irene. I sincerely apologize for hurting the designer with my stupid attitude and my reckless words and actions. I received a lot of help from people who made the effort to get to where I am now. Getting to this place included help from the many people who worked with me, and I regret that I hurt them." Strongly with my immature behaviour, "Irene wrote in Korean but translated.

“This incident made me look back on the past, and I am very ashamed of my bad words and actions, and I feel the importance of the staff again. I will think and act more cautiously, so this will not happen again. I will be more Cautious about my behaviour in the future. I am sorry for the fans who support me and cause them concern because of this incident. "

The reason which made Irene apologize.

The apology comes after several fans suspected Irene as the subject of the post after the editor added #monster and #psycho, which are the titles of Red Velvet's songs. In the lengthy Instagram post, the journalist provided details of the incident without naming the person who allegedly verbally abused her. A lot of people began to suspect her when the editor deleted a post she has written about Irene in 2016.

She should have also expected this to happen because she had heard many horror stories about the star. She recounted how she was left crying when this star called her harsh words.

"Proven to be ineligible for being a human, a doll who lives behind a smiling mask known to be a warm person by friends, an" adult child "who lacks character has a sense of entitlement has a stupidity that transparently exposes all the shortcomings of the person he meets for the first time".

The editor went on to say that she wanted an apology from the star but was not given an apology. The journalist also said that she recorded what happened.
